Illegal and obstructive parking

When turning out of Spencer Road, the view to the left, onto Priestwood Ave, is totally obstructed by cars parking on the side of the road. This issue has been ongoing for years after some work on the other side of the road meant that cars were moved from the right side (travelling SE to NW) to the left side. To aggravate this there has also been a car parking over the corner (turning left from Spencer Road onto Priestwood Ave). I have pictures which I will post when I get home, that show the illegal parking and visual obstruction on this turning.

Picture attached... This car has been there a number of times but I have never had a chance to photograph it. It also highlights the issue of the cars being an obstruction.
