White van parked on and blocking pavement

A white van outside house in Cormorant Road is parked on and blocking the pavement causing pedestrians and parents with children to walk into the road which could case a potentially dangerous situation.

The vehicle has been parked this way now for many weeks, and nothing has been done.

Perhaps it could be possible to get some traffic warden coverage in this area to prevent situations like this that appear to be all too regular?
