Dog fouling

Old man from broomfield road makes his dog foul outside our house twice a day everyday, smell is so bad we cant open our front windows.The dog poo is easy to see just look at the grass area between 7 mountwood and the road its absolutely disgraceful and he should be prosecuted and have the dog taken away.We would like immediate action.

We had a problem with dog fouling out side our house, seems to have been fixed with the help of the local warden but only time will tell.
