There is a huge amount of litter being thrown around this area of Bingley and an amazing amount of dog Fouling by people who just dont seem to care. The worst areas are Whitley Street, Clyde Street, Charles Street, Priestthorpe Road, Jardine Road, Mornington Road. Clyde Street and Industrial Street are the worst probably and have become a total Disgrace. Can we get it cleaned up and get some signs up or council officials enforcing fouling and littering laws in Bingley. There is ery little point in having these laws if no one enforces them. Most of it is kids walking home from school and inconsiderate Dog Walkers.

Cleaned up quite quickly but again within a couple of days the problem was as bad as its always been. Certainly it would be nice if the council would provide a Litter Bin Bin in the vicinity of the corner shop on the Lark Street/Clyde Street junction since this seems to be where some of the litter is coming from. The council really need to do more to keep on top of this problem. The Dog fouling, although cleared quickly, is now back and needs regular cleaning or the culprits actually catching and fining.
