Huge Amount of Dog Fouling

Some filthy idiot is walking their oversized dog down this road and allowing it to foul HUGE amounts of dog filth at least twice a day, we counted 16 lots this afternoon spread over about 100 yards. It has become a real health hazard.

Whereas the street cleaners did come out and clean the area it was fouled badly again within a couple of days and no effort appears to have been made to catch the person(s) who are causing this problem.
