Come on HCC, start bringing the roads in this city up to the level they should be, the rest of the country (and europe) are laughing at your ability to build roads in the first place, never mind maintain them!

They are not inspection covers.You couldn't fit a dwarf down any of them.They belong to Yorkshire Water & have nothing to do with HCC.They have been reported on numerous occassions to YW but nothing has been done apparently due to financial restraints!
