Residential Property used for illegal Storage

Land at the back of 40, 42 Deane Ave, Bolton, BL3 5QN backing on to Elswick Ave, BL3 5QR

These two properties are being used for at best commercial usage and at worst illegal use. Industrial steel containers have been placed on to the site and are used for commercial purposes. They are unsightly and in breech of planning regulations We raised a planning complaint to Bolton Council which is logged under case number (09/0463/03). Bolton council has failed to act in any meaningful way.
