Dog waste bins [ lack of]

Is it possible to install some dog waste bins in the vicinity of Maxwell Rd? There are two such bins in Murray Rd, but none in Maxwell Rd. Or even along the Rickmansworth Rd, between the the two roads mentioned? I have to, by law, clean-up after my dog,and to have to walk round to the other waste bins is not very practical as I do not walk my dog that way.
