Dog fouling on Lady Margaret Road

Please can something be done about the repeated dog fouling on this street. Someone now appears to be bagging the poo and is leaving black plastic bags of poo around the trees. Can there be more signage and some monitoring so repeat offenders are fined

We have the same dog-fouling Badly on Leighton Grove It is abominable and maes you wonder why folk have dogs if they can't take responsibility for them I'm disabled and wheeling a child with a buggy much of the time...so it bothers me as it takes a tremendous amount of energy trying to dodge anything (never mind poo) left on the pavement Please help or suggest something
