Green connection box

The green connection box is always open. The door just swings around banging and all the wires are hanging out. Dont know what its for maybe telephone wires

Forgot to state the location..it is located on the corner of Elm Close and Hawthorn Road.. I did flag it on the map..

The council told me it wasnt their job to fix it.. so I contacted BT and they sorted it within the hour.
