Dog waste bin

Sent to Christchurch Borough Council less than a minute later
Many dog walkers in this area. Bags of dog poo left on our surrounding 3' wall, thrown into gutter and even into our garden. Council informed 2years ago, but problem continues! Dog waste bin required[as long as regularly emptied]

egative response from council, who previously said they would monitor the situation. Over 300 bins in the area, not looking to have any more......expense etc.
It's not the lack of bins, it's the antisocial dog owners who think that having picked up the poop and tied it neatly in a bag they can then throw it wherever they wish.Council not to blame, just uncaring dog owners. Bet they'd get cross if you threw bags of excrement into their garden !
