Residential rubbish bins outside 137 Mostyn Street

Reported in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category by Friends of Mostyn Street at 14:14, Thu 14 January 2010
Sent to Conwy Council less than a minute later

Once again residential rubbish bins are being overfilled and left in the street. These bins will not be emptied for another week, by which time the seagulls will have emptied most of the contents over the street. Those of us who are trying to run businesses on Upper Mostyn Street will be left to clean up the mess, again.
