Delays

Sent to Stockport Borough Council less than a minute later

These traffic lights are holding the traffic up all the way back through Disley, this morning all the way to Furnass Vale. I appreciate that the recent weather has made travelling conditions worst but as soon as you get throught these lights the traffic clears. Can this be changed?
