Uneven paving slabs

The paving slabs at the top of Cornwall crescent near the entrance to 119 Ladbroke Grove, have been dislodged, possibly by engineers attending to the electrical (I think electrical, could be other, cable or phone) large grey box cloe to the junction. As they're now not sealed in, they're slightly lose and could become loser and cause people to trip.

In general the paving slabs here have dipped/sloped down so perhaps the ground underneath is caving in slightly? Kindly take a look.
