Rear fence pulled down and fly tipping in garden,has been set on fire twice.

Again,rubbish has mounted up in the same empty council house rear garden as reported before.I have noticed that there is a smashed mirror among this rubbish with shards sticking out on the pavement and also a hopefully empty calor gas can.

it was fixed first time,but has gone back to its original state AGAIN.
