Speed humps

These do more harm than good. they are breaking up and damaging my tyres.as my car is unable to negotiate them i have to staddle them.it is just an access road to my place of work so i can see no need for these crumbling piles to be there any longer

Updates
Apart from the problem being attended to the humps are now crumbling and causing damage to car tyres. I shall take some photo's this week and upload.
To be fair, the problem was attended to very quickly, but the edges of the humps are still damaging car outer and inner treads. If I am able to put a claim in for new tyres then I shall not hesistate to do so, bearing in mind that for my car they cost in excess or £130 each.
