Pothole on junction of Hawth Avenue and Southgate Avenue

Very deep pothole (approx 20cm deep, 40cm in diameter)on left of road (70cm from edge of road) approx 10m before Hawth Avenue joins Southgate avenue. Has been there (getting worse) for about a month.
