Uncollected rubbish and fly tipping causing problems with rodents. Some of the recycling bins have been un emptied for nearly 2 months with council workers sticking contaminated sticked on bins and not collecting (public using recycled bins to throw rubbish littering pavements but now they aren't being emptied). Fly tipping along whole rd is a constant problem

Same problem again rubbish all along the road. Items dumped on the floor and contaminated stickers appearing on the bins yet again. This area needs to be cleaned and something done to stop the fly tipping down this road !!
