Please remove this refuse

Refuse continues to be left in the alleyway and to the back of the shops where it is decaying and is a health (veils disease) hazard. The area needs to have all of the rubbish removed and also it needs to be cleaned using a road sweeper. I have witnessed the Council cleaners in the area but not removing or cleaning the area. Whoever is responsible needs to be made to clean the area or pay a penalty - it's disgusting!
