Emailed Sue Bruce - Chief Exec. of Aberdeen City Council today to ask when they intend dealing with the problem. Cyclists swerve to avoid it and parked cars parked opposite mean an accident waiting to happen. The hole is about 2ft. cubed.

This was the response for today: "Thank you for your email. On behalf of the Chief Executive I have passed it to Gordon McIntosh, Director of Enterprise, Planning and Infrastructure, who will respond to you."

All quiet from Aberdeen City Council, no response, no filling of hole. Disgraceful. Here is a photo, a link to a video will follow too.

Great news today 8/2/2010. The pavement works seem to be completed, nice fresh tar.

Bad news today 8/2/2010. No one has contacted me from Aberdeen City Council. Oh, and the deep pothole is still there. Complete incompetence.
