Dangerous Speed Hump

On Festival Park, Rigby Road the site of the Odeon Cinema and Bannatynes there is a huge speed bump as you enter the car park. I feel it is very dangerous and is causing damage to cars and it is very uncomfortable to drive over as you are effectively 'thrown about' in your seat going over it. I was unsure of who to contact on this matter as I am aware it is private property but I cannot find any means to contact the site owners to complain about this problem. Any advice you could provide would be much appreciated. Thank You.

Yes agree with you, it's way to big, when I go here I have to go over it at about 5 MPH or less, if not it grounds on my mud flaps. It will have been placed there to stop Chavs racing around in thier womens shopping cars! So the actions of a few again hinder the many!
