Rubbish on Streets After Cancelled Collection

Rubbish not collected 7th Jan apparently due weather - residents balck bins now not emptied since before Xmas on the 17th December and not planned to be emptied until 14th January now, almost 1 month

bags overflowing, getting ripped open by wind, vermin, gulls etc.

Urgent additional street cleaner attention required!
