Corroded handrails on steps

Handrails fastened to the wall on the steps (Gower Ave to Bramhall Moor Lane)are so badly corroded on the underside resulting in damage to hand/fingers when used.

Problem still exists. Great care must be taken when using the handrails.

Still not fixed. Older people in particular mind your hands when using the hand rails!
