Parked dangerously

Red Vauxhall saloon, reg number M606 RBF parked very close to juction, with back end out into road, obstructing veiw of vehicles entering tyn llan from cae derwen, drivers are having to veer out to avoid vehicle. I have asked in village, but vehicle not known.
