Grit bin

The grit bin in Hewell Lane is empty. As soon as the first snow came, I went to the grit bin, it was empty. I phoned the council and they said all grit bins had been filled in October - wrong. It was then filled and now we need more grit as Hewell Lane does not get gritted, despite it being very dangerous when we get snow. On phoning the council, after waiting for ten minutes to speak to someone, I gave up. I was repeatedly told I could leave a message by pressing number one. This did not work. We don't get much for our council tax, please let us have our lane gritted ? Also, Littleheath Lane is a disgrace, I expect the garden centre are disgusted with the council, it is bad enough trying to run a business at the best of times.
