Rubbish constantly dumped

Rubbish left out all week and several shopping trolleys have been dumped in street (probably by residents). Have seen mice at the bins. Chicken bones and nappies in the street out of rubbish bags

No one seems to care about the area we live in. Seen more mice and rubbish plus 2 more trolleys in street
