Very Dangerous road surface

Following extensive works at this point there are seriously sub standard road repairs here which are very dangerous for cyclists given this is a main route for traffic. very dangerous, needs urgent attention.

I got a notification that it would be fixed 'in the next few months' - TBH, that could be anytime! meanwhile after the cold weather, the surface gets worse and worse

I hope this is a temporary repair! I could have done better with a spade and some tarmac!!

Why are the council doing such shoddy spot repairs?
