Request for a grit bin

Can we please have a grit bin at the top of the Broad Gates please ? The whole estate turn's into an ice skating rink when iced/snowed over. Our bin's can't be emptied, deliveries can't be made and I have seen quite a few sliding car's recently, not to mention car's getting stuck. Something need's to be done before someone is seriously injured.
