Hi, We have had a blue van parked in the parking area of our block of flats since December 3rd. We live in a block of flats in Montana Gardens. Its not been moved at all in that time and the road tax ran out on December 31st. As everyone who lives in the flats has two parking spaces we think it belongs to someone else. Its a reasonably new vehicle registration year is 53 and there is no damage. The car park is at present not full but if it was it would make it very difficult for the cars parked in the designated bays opposite to get in and out.
