Grit bins

Please please please can we have a grit bin at the top of this road. When it rains the water runs off duncan downs into this road then freezes in the winter making it a complete sheet of ice. When it snows the road is unusable for days. Too dangerous to walk or drive on. Duncan downs is used by a lot of dog walkers and they use Stanley road to access it, have lost count of the amount of people i have seen slip over.
