Street Lamp Not Working

The street lamp opposite 59 and 61 Highgate, Heaton hasn't been working sine the beginning of December 2009. It has been reported by phone by numerous residents but it's not been repaired. It throws the houses and street into darkness making it difficult when walking at night as well as increasing the potential for accidents and crime.
