Can we have a grit bin please

This road and the road leading to it have no access to grit. The grit bin at the end of stubbings st is permenatly empty. These are steep roads and dangerous to navigate. Particularly as they also have no street lighting. I leave for work in the dark and return in the dark. I walk as it is not possible to bring the car up because of the icy roads. My walk is hazadous both because of the icy road and pavement and because those drivers who do try to use these roads are skidding and endangering pedestrians.
