Constant dog fouling

Someone is letting their dog foul where my drive meets the pavement. Everyday there is more, it is becoming unbearable. I have also noticed a considerable increase in dog fouling in York Rise recently too.

Someone keeps leaving bags of household rubbish at the entrance to my drive (12 Regency Lawn), along with the dog fouling problem this is becoming a real nuisance.
