Street is still filthy

I emailed croydon to inform of the filth that lakehall gardens is being left to remain, as i have received a email stating that the matter will dealt with but have still seen the same rubbish and filth e.g. used condoms, tampons etc, i deceided to ask all residents to sign a petition and hand it in to those in control of croydon council as this is beginning to be a joke. i mean i know that my road is'nt in the posh part of croydon, which i seen and their roads are well maintain proberly because they are near east croydon train station and tram links.
