Ridges / Bumps in Road

On the A419 going Northbound, after the Commonhead roundabout slip road, (Not shown on map) where the road begins to rise over the flyover there are about 3 rather large lumps / ridges in the road surfacing. They are quite siqnificant at 70mph causing the cars to bounce around dangerously. Can these be flattened back down?
