Lack of grit bin

Tunstall grange is a large new build estate where all streets are built upon steep banks. Due to the recent snow these roads are now impassible. The entire estate has to share only a single grit bin. This has not been refilled since the recent snow and is now empty. The estate requires a 2nd grit bin and for both bins to be filled. At the moment should emergency services require entry to the estate then they would not be able to.
