Window breakage

Sent to Norfolk County Council and Broadland District Council less than a minute later

I have had a front window completely shattered by a ncc grass cutter. they admitted liability ( i was standing behind the window when it happened )agreed by phone to pay and send the payment direct to the surplier. now over two months later the supplier is chasing me for the money, they now say they are not paying
