I have a business on overton rd every day i look opposite my shop at 8/9 bins . sometimes they are tip over on the floor spilling rubbish everywhere... they take up parking spaces,,, they ugly,,,sometime thier on the pavement ,,,at the moment there are 8 ,what to stop that growing to 10 ,or 12.finally i spoke to the council who dont seem to be intrested .please advise me what to do . regards
