Pavements flooding all around Ballantynes shop on Cathedral road rain water not draining away in Mortimer road and cathedral road elderly neighbour slipped and fell please fix asap thanks in advance

We did receive an email from the council stating that they would unblock the drain, however when it rains or snow melts it still floods and does freeze when the temp drops accident waiting to happen

the kerb has been altered but have no rain to see if it's worked - not complaining of lack of rain .....

"don't know" - not had enough rain to be able to tell..... not a complaint (lack of rain)
