Dog owners are constantly letting their dogs foul on victoria street cullingworth and the footpath at the side of the cemetery on the dell , i walk up the dell every day to the village and there is fresh dog mess everywhere, i have even seen owners let there dogs foul the pavement and just walk on and leave it, i spoke to 1 person to let them know how i felt and he told me to f*** off and nothing to do with me, its bad enough the school kids from parkside school leaving there crisp packets e.t.c everywhere, it is a nice footpath but spoilt by ignorant dog owners, maybe dog bins and signs could put up to warn owners,also big fines would be appropriate to hopefully deter these lazy people.
