Loose manhole casing and cover again

When this was originally reported it was fixed very quickly the week of 21.12.09 Unfortunately the repair only lasted for one day and the manhole casing is now loose again and causing a lot of noise and vibration. tarmac used in the repair is now spread on the street. Please arrange for this to be fixed again.
