Unsightly litter

Large amounts of litter has been thrown over the bridge in Deri, collecting on the banks of the river. Despite the fact there are litter bins nearby.

The litter is still there. In fact all of Deri is looking like a pigsty. We expect ramblers to walk up the cycle track between rows of rubbish. Nice.
