Dog fouling

The entire length of this path is a health hazard due to inconsiderate dog owners. It is virtually impossible to walk along this path and not step in dog mess.

I visited this footpath again today and noticed that a bin for dog mess has been placed at the entrance to the footpath (on Sweetpool Lane). I feel that an attempt has been made to fix the problem but dog fouling is still an issue and will be reported to the council again.
