Two problems with streetlights

Hi, two streetlamp problems right by each other.

1)The floodlight on the wall of the Alexandra Hotel on Mostyn Street(just above the hotel sign) is switching itself off and on all the time.

2)Just across the road in Trinity Square (by Lloyds Bank), the floodlight mounted on a pole has the same problem.
