Grit bin never been filled

Sent to Norfolk County Council and Broadland District Council 3 minutes later

New grit bin has been installed next to the old broken one but it has never been filled with grit. I live at bottom of steep hill resulting in a lot of people parking their cars near to the school at the top of the hill - a potential problem for emergency vehicles gaining access.
