Traffic Lights out

These traffic lights have been out since last week. They are needed to cross the road safely (blind corner, when travelling NW on the Greenway).

May have been fixed briefly, but the lights have been out for some time. I cycle by here daily, and the lights are not working - quite dangerous, on a blind bend on a hill.
