It would seem that the second you cross the border in to Hove, you're walking on ice.

Did the council just forget about Hove and our pavements? What to I pay taxes for? Certainly NOT to fall flat on my arse.

SORT IT OUT. It's not like you didn't have 2 weeks warning it was going to snow...
