Pavements like skating rink

The whole of the Galliard estate is like a skating rink. The elderly are marooned in their homes because of the state of the pavements. This is another N9 problem, the forgotten part of the borough.

An elderly neighbour has slipped over on the ice and subsequently broke her hip, after had to venturing out to get some shopping. The accident waiting to happen has happened, this is just one of many due to neglect and negligence from the council.

THE COUNCIL DID NOT APPEAR TO ADDRESS THIS PROBLEM AND A NEAR NEIGHBOUR HAS SINCE SLIPPED AND BROKE HER HIP
