Car Leaking Oil

There is a Vauxhall Omega Estate (Blue) parked on my road constantly (although not outside a residential property and the owners do not livein the street). The vehicle is leaking a huge amount of oil each day onto the pavement and the street. You can see it running down the street into drains when it rains. Can someone please investigate.
