Reported in the Parks/landscapes category by Ian Mcleod at 10:18, Wed 16 December 2009
Sent to Blackpool Borough Council 1 minute later

Thereis a large quantity of litter which has been trapped by the lying water on this field the water has nearly subsided leaving an ugly eyesore. Worst of all seagulls are scavenging from it and spreading it further including into my garden. It would be nice to see it gone before my christmas family and friends visit. Thankyou

It snowed and the "pond" froze over and then was covered with snow again .It is still frozen. I didn't really try to see if litter was frozen in. Thanks for asking. If it is still there when it thaws I will alert the necessary council department
